Information you may need to know
Confirmation of Order:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an automated order confirmation email from us. This means that we have received your order onto our system and pre-authorized your credit card or PayPal account for this purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will endeavour to process the charges & submit the order for shipment.
Shipment of Order:
On receipt of payment your item will ship within five business days from the date of your order. The item will also be sent via standard registered airmail and will only be send via courier if specified. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order being shipped to the e-mail address you provide when placing your order. If you do not receive tracking info within 6 days of your order feel free to follow up with us at sales@digicase(dot com)
Please inspect the contact lens case carefully when it arrives, if you notice damage of any kind you should make note of it before signing for the delivery and returning the item back with the courier company. If your item(s) does arrive damaged please send pics to sales@digicase(dot com) and we will process a claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All cancelled orders after a 48 hour period are subject to a min $10 administration fee whether or not your order has been shipped. If you order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or PayPal account that the order was placed from.
